Hippocrates (460 -370 BC), also known as the father of medicine stated all disease

begins in the gut.

 

The gut is central to full body health and has many communication pathways

with other parts of the body.  Supporting the GUT supports the full body.  With that is

mind, I focus on gut health.

There are a variety of options for support.

Whether the support you need is a some general information, a gentle boost

or a step by step guide,

 

I am here to help.There are options for all;

  • School groups.

I will support you with gut issues including constipation, diarrhoea, reflux, bloating, reflux, and digestive issues. Gut issues can be also be indicated by allergies, low energy, low mood, skin rashes. This is due to poor nutrient absorption.  Using nutrition and lifestyle which can make such a positive impact.

I support families with help developing meal planning, shopping lists, simple swaps and hacks to boost nutrient intake. 

 

Group talks and workshops provide an opportunity for social interaction and learning together. Common topics enables team building and a chance to support each other with their wellbeing.

 

Corporate health and well-being talks benefit both management and staff by improving productivity, staff retention reducing costs, and enhancing morale. They are an investment in the long-term success and sustainability of the organisation, contributing to a healthier, less stressed and more engaged workforce.

Option 1:
Homeobotanical
Therapy

A 30 minute consultation taking into account 1-2 specific health issues. Homeobotanicals are a powerful blend of organic herbs in a liquid format. They are taken orally. They are referred to a trophorestorative, as these have healing qualities on a particular organ or tissue. Theses tinctures can be used for a range of conditions including migraine, PMS, allergies, bowel issues, low immunity including frequent colds to help balance the body, They provide the energy to help with the Physical removal of toxins. A nutritional element also present. Where other support measures are used it works to support them. What’s Included? A 30 minute consultation A blend will be made, tailored to your requirements. A good starting Point – Boost your plate A 1-hour session focusing on pimping your plate! This allows you to add goodness on the plate for yourself and all the family. It gives you tools to your boost health. What’s Included? •A 1-hour dietary consultation via zoom •A dietary review (from a completed food diary) •A plan (emailed after consultation) for you to start putting into practice. •A shopping list – store cupboard essentials and fresh foods •10 recipes – a mix of breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks to get you started •Supplement advice if applicable. Investment £75

Option 3:
Foundation
Programme

An individualised plan for you to kick start your journey. This is a helping hand to take back control, without ongoing support. It will give you the tools to refocus and re-energise your efforts. This is ideal if you have a grumble, and you don’t want it to take hold. •Do you want to have more energy? •Would you like a helping hand to get started? •Do you the beginnings of an issue that is beginning to become a bit of a pain in the preverbal? •Would you like the information to take control? What’s included? •One 1-1.5-hour consultation in person (zoom also available) focusing on your health needs, through a detailed taking a case history. •A individualised plan for you, focused on nutrition and lifestyle. •A individual supplement plan (not included in cost) •A homeobotanical remedy (where applicable) – additional may be recommended and will be charged at an additional cost. •A check in after 2 weeks – by phone/zoom approx. 10 minutes, •After 4 weeks – a 45-minute session to review progress •A revised plan, focusing on needs identified. •A review of supplements. •Handout support as needed. This program allows us to look at what the cause of the issue is and to address it. It focuses on food and lifestyle to fully bolster your health – both body and mind. It focuses on steps building health, strength and resilience to allow you to take back control of your health. It requires a commitment over 8 sessions prioritising your needs to get the full advantage of it. A journey that requires perseverance and time. So, if you are; •Tired of being tired •Tired of feeling uncomfortable •Tired of simply not feeling yourself •Tired of not getting answers you need to take back control of your health Then this is the package for you. What’s included •One 1-1.5-hour consultation in person (zoom also available) focusing on your health needs, through a detailed taking a case history. •A individualised plan for you, focused on nutrition and lifestyle. •A individual supplement plan (not included in cost) •2 x homeobotanical remedy (where applicable) – additional may be recommended and will be charged at an additional cost. •6 x 45-minute sessions every 2 weeks, in person or zoom (or combination), reviewing symptoms and challenges. •1 x 1 hour review to finalise the program (in person or zoom) •Revised plans following all consultations, focusing on needs identified. •A review of supplements mid program. •Range of recipes. •Handout support as needed. •Support via email / text Monday to Friday between consultations. •Testing may also be advised (additional cost) Investment £450 (payment options available)

School Programme

Preparing our children and young people for a healthy life, I believe is essential. In a world where convenience food, lack of sleep and the mobiles are seen as priorities, we need to ensure our children and young people have the knowledge they need to thrive. Understanding what our young people consume, in terms of food, media and social connections is essential to help them to navigate through adolescence. A good relationship with food and healthy lifestyle choices are vital. Tailored talks focus on the following issues. These are essential for our young people to understand their bodies and how best to support their bodies as they develop. •Work, Rest and Play (designed for year 8) •Healthy Periods •Keeping energy high •Preparing for exams – how to find focus •Balancing hormones •Get a good night’s sleep •Glowing from the inside out •What to eat for feeling great •Vaping – the risks All the above are 45 minutes talks with a Q&A session and a copy handout that can be distributed either electronically or printed for the students in attendance. Demos Preparing for university – what to cook and how. Talking around the foods used to highlight advantages, both quicky, tasty and nutritious.
